One Key Start System
This automatic water transfer machine has two modes: one-button automatic mode function and manual mode. Automatic Mode: Just one button can continuously complete the entire dipping process, including film flow, activator spraying, tripod transmission dipping, and automatic key button water cleaning. All sizes and speeds can be set in the PLC. Manual Mode: Used to check whether each device is working properly. All sizes and speeds can be set in the PLC.
Automatic Thermostat System
3 6000kw heating elements can quickly heat the water and control the water temperature at 25-30℃.Automatic Film Flowing System
The film-laying machine adopts a stainless steel and full aluminum plate body, making the machine stable. The flow-film system controlled by the servo motor is very accurate, the laying film speed range can be set to 1-3m/m as per your requirement. So, it will save you film costs.
Automatic Activator Spraying System
The Activator spray system comes with 1 HVLP spray gun that you can set up in any size to suit a variety of films.
Automatic Continuous Tripod Dipping
The dipping tripod powered by servo motors with a speed reducer and chain driving is very stable and precise; you can set the height, angle, and speed according to the size of the product. It will ensure the quality of hydro dipping.
Automatic Water Circulation And Filtering System
Water circulation and filtering, the 2 water pumps’ power is 750w， They have strong flushing power, and flushing over film slag will be filtered, instantly removing the remaining film slag. Filter, water pump and heater are installed into a different area, ensure to keep the water clean long time.
Automatic Exhausting System
When the machine sprays an activator, it will emit an unpleasant activator smell, so it is necessary to discharge the pungent smell. This machine is equipped with a 3kw centrifugal fan to discharge all unpleasant odors, keeping the work space clean and comfortable and ensuring the health of workers.
All sets and operations can be completed on the PLC screen. Any worker will be able to operate this hydro-dipping equipment after a short time of training.
