Fully-Automatic Tripod-transport Hydro Dipping Machine
1) 1) This Fully-Automatic Tripod-transport Hydro Dipping Machine Line includes a tripod transfer machine, washing machine, drying tunnel, and paint cabinet;
2) Manual loading on the tripod: The components are sent to the transfer room via a belt line transmission, which is fitted with an automatic electrostatic dust cleaning system;
3) Film Flowing: The flow film has an electrostatic dust removal device to lessen the amount of static charge that is still present on the surface of the film; the head may move back and forth in the chute to make it easier to modify the film’s soaking time;
4) How the film is moved inside the tank: the roller drives the film by adding water;
5) Water circulation in the water tank: In a small cycle, the membrane residue is filtered through six stages of filtration in the water tank, and the filtered water is then circulated to the tail for heating. The purpose of the water flow is to maintain the water’s temperature stability and lower the amount of wastewater produced;
6) Activator spraying: The activator is sprayed by a single-axis reciprocating machine, and the side wall of the tank is fitted with exhaust to lower the concentration and smell of VOCs in the working area; the spray gun flow, fan shape, air pressure, atomization, etc. can be adjusted externally for simple operation;
7) Six-stage filtration for film residue;
8) The transfer chain spacing ranges from 50 to 65 cm, making it easy to change the width;
9) To ensure that the lines are not bent, the transfer employs a tripod to automatically enter the water, and the water enters smoothly without swaying or shaking;
10) Washing: The water can be recycled, it is easy to drain and supply, and the water jets’ pressure and density are acceptable;
11) Drying: energy-efficient operation, automatic temperature control, consistent furnace temperature, and superb heat insulation protection
