Automatic Hydro Dipping Machine
The automatic hydro dipping machine is the most advanced and intelligent piece of equipment in the world for fully automatic water transfer printing; it has a fully automatic temperature system, an automatic activator spray system, an automatic film laying system, an automatic dipping arm, an automatic water circle, and an automatic filtration system.
This equipment may be operated by one person to complete the hydro-dipping process, saving human labor.
Automatic Hydro Dipping Machine suits the medium dipping factory owner.
The running process of automatic hydro dipping machine:
Step1.flushing water for clean—
Step 2. Blowing the bubble of the water surface by air nozzle and divider—-
Step 3. Laying the film on the water—
Step 4. Film on the water for 25-35seconds—
Step 5. spraying activator on the film—
Step 6. Dipping the products by dipping the arm—
Step 7. Putting out the products from the water—
Step 8. Finish dipping—
Step 9. Rinsing the products’ surface with the rinsing station.
The whole process will take 1.5-3 minutes.

The Activator spraying system, which includes two HVLP spray guns, may be configured to suit a variety of films.
The dipping arm, which is powered by a 1.5kw servo motor, is exceptionally stable and precise, ensuring the quality of hydro dipping.
Heating feature, 2 sets of 6000kw heating elements can swiftly heat the water. The water temperature can be set between 25 and 30 degrees Celsius.
Water circle and filtering, the water pump power is 750w, it has strong flushing power and flushing over film dust will be filtered, instantly remove the residual film dust, prepare for the next putting film, and circle till the surface of the water tank to save the most water.’
