Professional Hydro Dipping Equipment
Professional Hydro Dipping Equipment is the smartest piece used for fully automatic water transfer printing; it has an automatic constant temperature system, an automatic activator spray system, an automatic film laying system, an automatic dipping arm, an automatic water circle, and an automatic filtering system. This machine can be operated by one person to complete the hydro dipping process, saving human labor; Professional Hydro Dipping Equipment is suitable for medium dipping plant owners.
The running process of Professional Hydro Dipping Equipment:
Step1.flushing water for clean—
Step 2. Blowing the bubble of the water surface by air nozzle and divider—-
Step 3. Laying the film on the water—
Step 4. Film on the water for 25-35seconds—
Step 5. spraying activator on the film—
Step 6. Dipping the products by dipping the arm—
Step 7. Putting out the products from the water—
Step 8. Finish dipping—
Step 9. Rinsing the products’ surface with the rinsing station.
The whole process will take 1.5-3 minutes.
