The Running Process of TSAUTOP Fully Automatic Hydro Dipping Machine
Step1.Heating the water to 25-30℃ and cycling the hot water to the dipping area
Step 2. Flushing water for clean
Step 3. Blowing the bubble of the water surface by air nozzle and divider
Step 4. Laying the film on the water
Step 5. Film on the water for 35-60seconds
Step 6. Spraying activator on the film
Step 7. Dipping the products by dipping arm
Step 8. Putting out the products from the water
Step 9. Finish dipping
Step 10. Rinsing the products’ surface with the rinsing station.
Step 11.Drying the products surface with a drying tunnel
The whole process will take 1.5-3minutes.
