Automatic Hydro Dipping Production Line
TSAUTOP Automatic Hydro Dipping Production Line is the most advanced hydro dipping equipment. It is totally automatic and can do all of your dipping operations automatically, with only one person required to operate it. It is made of high-quality materials and innovative technology, has a tiny footprint, and is simple to install.
TSAUTOP Automatic Hydro Dipping Production Line is designed for medium-sized industries that require automated equipment for production.
The running process of Automatic Hydro Dipping Production Line:
Step1.flushing water for clean—
Step 2. Blowing the bubble of the water surface by air nozzle and divider—-
Step 3. Laying the film on the water—
Step 4. Film on the water for 25-35seconds—
Step 5. spraying activator on the film—
Step 6. Dipping the products by dipping the arm—
Step 7. Putting out the products from the water—
Step 8. Finish dipping—
Step 9. Rinsing the products’ surface with the rinsing station.
The whole process will take 1.5-3 minutes.
This Automatic Hydro Dipping Production Line is particularly efficient, as it can complete one dipping procedure in 3 minutes.
The flow-film system with servo motor control is very accurate and convenient for you to lay any length of film as needed. As a result, your hydrographic film costs will be reduced.
The Activator spraying system with two HVLP spray guns may be modified to fit different films, ensuring the quality of hydro dipping.
The hydro dipping machine has a heating function, with two sets of 6000kw heating elements that can swiftly heat the water. For best results, set the water temperature to 25-30°C.
The water pump power is 750w, it has strong flushing strength, and flushing over film dust will be filtered instantaneously, ready for the next putting film, and circle till the surface of the water tank for optimum water saving.
