Automatic Hydro Dipping Production Line
The automatic water transfer production line has a variety of sizes to meet the needs of different industries and products. The whole machine is made of stainless steel, which has excellent durability and corrosion resistance. It has high efficiency and can be produced in large quantities continuously.
One Machine + One person = One factory
The running process of the Automatic Hydro Dipping Production Line
Only one person can complete the entire hydro dipping operation, and the whole process only takes 1.5-3 minutes, which is very suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises.
The equipment is equipped with the following 6 systems:
1. Automatic Constant Temperature System
2 sets of 6000kw heating elements can heat water quickly, and the water temperature can be set at 25-30℃. Ensure the stability and consistency of the transfer process and prevent the transfer effect from being affected by excessive temperature.
2. Automatic Activator Spray System
The activator spraying can be adjusted according to the film size and accurately controlled to ensure that the activator can be evenly sprayed on the film surface, avoiding the waste of the activator.
3. Automatic Film Laying System
You can lay any length of film according to your needs. The servo motor-controlled film flow system can realize automatic unfolding and laying of the film, reducing waste.
4. Automatic Dipping Arm
The dipping arm can immerse the object into water stably and accurately, replacing manual operation, and improving production efficiency, and can be adjusted to adapt to various objects of different materials and shapes.
5. Automatic Water Circle
The powerful flushing ability can instantly remove the remaining film dust, prepare for the next film placement, and continuously circulate the water in the tank to keep the water clean.
6. Automatic Filtering System
Through the filtering device, impurities in the sink can be immediately removed to ensure clean water.
