The Hydrographic Tank with Dipping Arm is a simple, safe, practical, environmentally friendly and efficient water transfer machine. Compared with ordinary hydro dipping tanks, this semi-automatic Hydrographic Tank is equipped with a mechanical arm that can automatically dip multiple items at a time. It is suitable for people who are not good at dipping steps or engaged in water transfer printing of large or heavy parts.
If you have a hydro dipping tank, you can buy a set of dipping arms separately, and you only need to provide the size of the dipping tank.

Stainless Steel Construction
The whole machine welded parts of the Hydrographic Tank with Dipping Arm are welded with 304 stainless steel welding wire, and all welding marks are finely polished to ensure no leakage. Due to its exquisite welding technology and humanized design structure, it can be used for a long time and ensure no water leakage for 5 years.
Film Division System
The Semi-automatic Hydrographic Tank is equipped with 2 1.2m partitions and 2.1m partition beams. You can divide the dipping area into any area to ensure that the film does not expand excessively.
Multi-module Design
The design of the Hydrographic Tank with Dipping Arm is divided into two parts: dipping tank, filter and heating tank. It can ensure sufficient dipping tank area and rapid heating.
Dipping Arm
The high-performance and high-stability dipping arm is made of high-strength aluminum alloy and can be matched and installed in sinks of different sizes. The bracket of the dipping arm can adjust the height, length and width.
The dipping arm is available in two types: electric and pneumatic. The electric dipping arm can withstand 200kg and the pneumatic dipping arm can withstand 80kg. Because it can transfer multiple items at a time, it will help you greatly improve the speed and quality of dipping.
Heating System
The control box is equipped with 2 thermostats and 2 temperature sensors. The temperature of the dipping tank and the heating tank can be set and monitored in real time. When the temperature reaches the set temperature, the heating element stops heating the water, which will save your electricity. Normally, the temperature will be set to 25-35℃. Of course, you can turn on all or just one or none of them according to the local temperature.
Stainless Steel Water Pump
TSAUTOP® 8ft Hydrographics Tank is equipped low-noise, strong-flow, and long-life stainless-steel 750w water pump, ensure to flush the film slag. We can make the tanks with special voltages for any country market, such as single-phase 220v,3phases 220v/380v.
Human-machine Safety
TSAUTOP® 8ft Hydrographics Tank is equipped safely as European Standard. Every working unit is equipped with circuit breaker protection switches and emergency stop switches, ensure the safety of humans and machines in the emergency.
All wires are concealed and packed with protective pipes to prevent electrical leakage. Every hydro dipping tank has equipped with earth wire to avoid electric shock. There have some high-pressure spray nozzles at the end of the water outer to ensure the water flushed farther.
Water Transfer Printing (also known as hydrographic, immersion printing, camo dipping, hydro imaging and cubic printing) is a surface decorating process where elaborate graphics like wood grain, carbon fiber, camouflage, geometrical designs, etc… are applied to a 3-D product surface. Water Transfer Printing process is extensively used to decorate items that range from entire all-terrain vehicles and car dashboards to small items like bike helmets or other automotive trim. Films can be applied to all types of substrates including plastic, fiberglass, wood, ceramic, and metal.

Top coating is an important part of the paint process. It assures optimal results for scratching firmness and longevity.
Use a high quality clear coat for the final finish. Whether its flat, matt or gloss the final coat should be durable enough to protect the part. Once the clear coat has dried you need to inspect it for defects. Most minor defects like orange peel look, or debris in the finish can be wet sanded and polished out at this stage. There are a few exceptions to this.

Yes, after transfer with PVA film on the decorated part, it needs Washing machines to clear over the subject.
Yes, it better dry by the oven, it is because dust will cover the subject while it dry by nature, the oven temperature should be around 50-70 degrees for the plastic material.
We recommend 0.8~1.3Ømm , not over 1.3Ømm , for activator it require high quality Precisely spray gun to work with it.
We recommend adding more water tanks to soak the decorated part for ink to more stable on the decorated part.
Normally ABS doesn’t require any base coat, but to match the design, it has to paint the base color to match the art.
Yes , when you did the Immersion Printing, it comes with a defect spot or the result unacceptable, it can remove by the activator or the chemicals, but the fast way is to repaint the base coat to cover it.
