TSAUTOP Stainless Steel Hydro Dipping Tank is a simple, safe, practical and environmentally friendly water transfer equipment, which is essential in the entire water transfer process. This equipment can dip most large-sized product parts, such as rims, wheels, motorcycles, dashboards, guns, etc. Its cost-effective dipping process can improve production efficiency and provide high-quality and consistent results, which is very suitable for small and medium-sized water transfer companies.
Sturdy Structure
The whole machine is made of stainless steel, and the body is made of 2.5 mm thick 201 stainless steel, which ensures that the equipment is sturdy and durable, resistant to acids, alkalis, salts and corrosion. The frame is built with a 2 mm thick 304 stainless steel square tube frame, which can hold enough water without deformation.
At the same time, we are also equipped with 8 universal wheels and thick leveling legs to ensure that the equipment can be moved at any time when needed, and can remain stable when fixed in place, providing solid support.
Film Division System
Stainless Steel Hydro Dipping Tank is equipped with 4 wipers or and 1 crossbeam, which can wipe off the film residue and divide the dipping area into several small areas to prevent the film from expanding too much and reduce waste.
Stainless Steel Water Pump
The stainless steel water pump has the characteristics of low noise, soft flow, long life and sustainable work. There are some high-pressure nozzles at the outer end of the water to ensure that the film residue is washed away.
Heating System
2 sets of 6kw high-quality and high-power heating elements can ensure rapid heating of water within 30 minutes. At the same time, there are 2 thermostats and temperature sensors on each control box, you can set and monitor the temperature of the dipping tank and heating tank in real time.
Human-machine Safety
All working units are equipped with circuit breaker protection switches and emergency stop switches to ensure human-machine safety in emergency situations. All wires are hidden and wrapped with protective tubes to prevent leakage. All water tanks are equipped with grounding wires to avoid electric shock.
Control Panel
Control power supply, heating element, water recirculation system and pump, as long as you press the button, the machine will work automatically.

Operation Precautions
1. Determine the water temperature and ensure that the water temperature is controlled at 20-35 degrees;
2. The water surface should be kept free of any residue and impurities;
3. Place the water transfer flat on the water surface and ensure that the printed layer faces up;
4. Control the dissolution time of the film with the water temperature, which is generally about 2 minutes;
5. According to the thickness of the ink, judge the time to spray the activator. The thicker the film, the earlier the spraying time;
6. Pay attention to the angle when placing the object to facilitate air discharge;
7. Do not take it out immediately after applying the film. Shake it gently in the water for a few seconds to ensure seamless adhesion between the film and the object.
Water Transfer Printing (also known as hydrographic, immersion printing, camo dipping, hydro imaging and cubic printing) is a surface decorating process where elaborate graphics like wood grain, carbon fiber, camouflage, geometrical designs, etc… are applied to a 3-D product surface. Water Transfer Printing process is extensively used to decorate items that range from entire all-terrain vehicles and car dashboards to small items like bike helmets or other automotive trim. Films can be applied to all types of substrates including plastic, fiberglass, wood, ceramic, and metal.

Top coating is an important part of the paint process. It assures optimal results for scratching firmness and longevity.
Use a high quality clear coat for the final finish. Whether its flat, matt or gloss the final coat should be durable enough to protect the part. Once the clear coat has dried you need to inspect it for defects. Most minor defects like orange peel look, or debris in the finish can be wet sanded and polished out at this stage. There are a few exceptions to this.

Yes, after transfer with PVA film on the decorated part, it needs Washing machines to clear over the subject.
Yes, it better dry by the oven, it is because dust will cover the subject while it dry by nature, the oven temperature should be around 50-70 degrees for the plastic material.
We recommend 0.8~1.3Ømm , not over 1.3Ømm , for activator it require high quality Precisely spray gun to work with it.
We recommend adding more water tanks to soak the decorated part for ink to more stable on the decorated part.
Normally ABS doesn’t require any base coat, but to match the design, it has to paint the base color to match the art.
Yes , when you did the Immersion Printing, it comes with a defect spot or the result unacceptable, it can remove by the activator or the chemicals, but the fast way is to repaint the base coat to cover it.
