One Key Start System:
Automatic mode: This model can continuously complete the entire impregnation process, including film flow, activator spraying, dipping by a robot arm, and cleaning water with the auto key button. All dimensions and speeds can be set in the PLC. The system can complete an impregnation process in just 2.5-5 minutes, achieving high-efficiency operation.
Manual Mode: This mode is designed to check whether each device is functioning properly. All sizes and speeds can be easily adjusted by the user in the PLC, ensuring the equipment is in optimal condition.
Automatic Thermostat System:
3pcs 6000kw heating elements can heat the water quickly and efficiently, with a temperature range of 25-30℃. The digital thermostat can control the temperature constantly.
Automatic Film Flowing and Cutting System:
The film laying and activator spraying machine is equipped with a stainless steel rack and pinion track, making the machine move stably. The flow-film system controlled by the servo motor is very accurate, allowing you to lay film at any length as your requirement. So, it will save you film costs.
Automatic Activator Spraying System:
The Activator spraying system with 1 HVLP spray gun can be adjusted to any size to fit your application. It comes with two barometers that allow you to adjust fluid and atomization.
Automatic Dipping Arm Dipping:
The dipping arm powered by a 0.75kw servo motor with a speed reducer and chain driving is very stable and precise; this will ensure the quality of hydro dipping.
Automatic Water Circulation and Filtering System:
The water pump has a power of 750 watts and a strong flushing capacity. The dust passing through the membrane will be filtered, and the remaining membrane dust on the surface of the water tank will be instantly removed to prepare for the next membrane release. And circulates to the surface of the water tank to save water to the maximum extent. Filters, pumps, and heaters are installed in different areas to ensure the water stays clean for a long time!
All settings and operations can be completed through the PLC screen. After a short period of training, any worker can easily operate this water transfer printing equipment.

The running process of TSAUTOP Fully Automatic Hydro Dipping Machine:
Step1.Heating the water to 25-30℃ and cycling the hot water to the dipping area;
Step 2. Flushing water for clean;
Step 3. Blowing the bubble of the water surface by air nozzle and divider;
Step 4. Laying the film on the water;
Step 5. Film on the water for 35-60seconds;
Step 6. Spraying activator on the film;
Step 7. Dipping the products by dipping the arm;
Step 8. Putting out the products from the water;
Step 9. Finish dipping;
Step 10. Rinsing the products’ surface with the rinsing station;
Step 11.Drying the product surface with a drying tunnel;
The whole process will take 1.5-3 minutes.
